Before you start to get your homeowner quote, please be sure to have all of the following information available. This will save time and help you obtain your quote as quickly as possible:

• The State where the property is located.
• The City where the property is located.
• The Colonia within the city where the property is located.
• The Zip Code (Código Postal).
• The type of Property (single family, condo).
• The year the building was built.
• The square footage of the building or of the condo unit you occupy.
• The number of people who own the property (up to five co-owners allowed).
• The construction type – the building material the building is constructed of i.e., masonry, concrete & steel, etc.
• The type of roof – the building material the roof is constructed of, i.e., masonry, concrete & steel, etc.
• The amount of insurance your property is to be insured for, including building if applicable, and personal property such as furniture, clothing, etc.

The homeowner's policy is more complex than auto insurance policies.
