Reporting a Claim
To report a watercraft liability claim in Mexico call 01-800-ACE-TOUR (01-800-223-8687). This telephone number will also print clearly on the “face sheet” of your policy. The “face sheet” is the page that describes your vessel, your coverages, your name and address, etc.).
Claim service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your Mexican insurance company can not investigate your claim if you leave Mexico before informing them of your accident and allowing them to investigate it.
If you have an accident or claim in Mexico, you must report it to your Mexican insurance company before you leave Mexico. Failure to do so may result in your claim not being covered.
Your claim will be attended by an adjuster dispatched by your Mexican insurance company. The adjuster will make a written report and will note details of bodily injury to third parties or damage to property of third parties. You will be asked to sign the report, so to avoid discrepancies later, be sure you understand what you are signing.
